Helllloooooooo Hammerheads!   

I know, I know... lots of emails from us!   We're quickly approaching end of season and lots is going on behind the scenes to get our last meet ready, Champs entries and jobs taken care of, and end of season get together planned!   Whew!   

1.  missing team shirt:   after pictures, please check tag for any Hammerhead shirts at your house and see of you have V. Crofutt's shirt (look on tag)... they all look alike! LOL

2.  Pick your 2 favorite pictures of your Hammerhead from the season and email it to [email protected]   This is for the end of season get together.  I take lots of pics but I don't check off and make sure I got every swimmer.  I try but please send a couple of your amazing swimmer to make sure all are represented!  

3.   Entries for Saturday are in the app.   Please text me at 904-945-6564 if any issues

4.  Please RSVP as soon as possible for Champs (see email from earlier this week with an explanation about Champs meet).  I have to send all the entries Monday before work so I need to work on them Sunday afternoon.   Swimmers can pick up to 3 individual events for Champs and the Hammerheads get 1 relay per age group.  I know it's a long drive but we hope you can all come!! It's a FUN meet with a crazy coach's relay at the end!

5.  The board sent an email about the end of season banquet & league philanthropy project - please be sure to look those over & note change in date.    

6.  Super Swimmer Ribbons from Rivertown meet will be in the kids' files tmrw, sorry we didn't get the labels from the other team until late.  

7. Thank you to all our volunteer board members who have worked HARD this season to make sure everything is running smoothly for the kids!  We can't have a team without them, and YOU volunteering! Thank you all!    

8.  Oh goodness Coach Susan, enough!!!  Looking forward to a FUN meet on Saturday versus the SouthHampton Hurricanes and Crazy Coach Kirk!
