Hello, Hammerheads!

If you ordered a Champs shirt, pick-up is at the pool tomorrow (Tuesday, July 2nd) starting at 7a at the junior coach's table.

Head Meet Official (HMO), Michelle Casale, will be at the pool Tuesday and Wednesday to teach parents about stroke and turn and DQs.  She is offering two sessions each day: 8a-8:30 and 9a-9:30.  It's a great opportunity to learn how to help your swimmer(s)!
